Are you a disc golf enthusiast who enjoys helping customers, driving sales, and being part of a passionate team? OTB Europe AB is looking for a proactive and organized person to join us at Ale Disc Golf Center, working alongside some of the biggest brands in the sport, including Discraft and MVP.

 

The Role
Your main priority will be driving in-store sales through excellent customer service, product recommendations, and upselling. Alongside retail sales, you’ll help manage our daily e-commerce orders, customer support, inventory, and general shop operations.

This is a hands-on, varied role for someone who takes initiative, enjoys working independently, and wants to help improve both the customer experience and the way we operate.

 

What You’ll Do
-Engage with customers, recommend products, and actively drive sales.
-Keep the shop organized, stocked, and visually appealing.
-Pick, pack, and manage daily online orders and customer inquiries.
-Maintain inventory accuracy, organize stock, and assist with product administration.
-Help improve shop displays, daily routines, and operational processes.
-Support and coordinate tasks with part-time shop staff when needed.

Who You Are
-Passionate about disc golf and familiar with the sport.
-Service-minded, sales-driven, and confident communicating with customers.
-Organized, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.
-Proactive and comfortable taking ownership of tasks.
-Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
-At least 18 years old and holding a valid driver's license.
-Previous experience in retail, customer service, or e-commerce is a plus.
