The role
You'll work directly with our Creative Director on the sound of one or two of our games. You'll have real ownership from day one.
What you'll do
- Create sound effects, UI audio, and ambience that fit our games' tone and audio direction
- Implement your audio in the game using Unity and tools of your choice.
- Iterate through playtests and team feedback, especially on how audio reads when four players are all making noise at once
- Mix your assets and give feedback on the overall mix
- Help prep audio for platform builds on Steam, Switch and Xbox
What we're looking for
- Experience designing sound for games, video, or other media (student projects count)
- Comfort with a DAW such as Reaper or Pro Tools, plus basic editing and sound design tools
- A desire to grow your implementation and game audio skills
- Familiarity with Unity or audio middleware (FMOD, Wwise) is a plus, not a requirement
- Curiosity, initiative, and comfort in a small team where roles overlap
- You must be enrolled at a school or education provider with a planned internship period (e.g. LIA). Please check your school's requirements and dates before applying.
What you'll get
- Shipped credits on real games
- Close mentorship and a voice in creative decisions
- A strong network in the Scandinavian Indie Scene for future job openings
