Face-to-Face Fundraiser – Oxfam Sweden
We are looking for individuals who want to step into a working life where their work can make a real difference. As a Face-to-Face Fundraiser, you will help create engagement around Oxfam’s mission and share the story of how we, as a global movement, work to create a fairer world. Through direct conversations with the public, you will raise awareness of Oxfam’s work and inspire people to become monthly supporters.

Fundraising & F2F Department
Oxfam’s Fundraising and Face-to-Face (F2F) department plays a crucial role in securing sustainable funding for our humanitarian and development programmes. The F2F team engages directly with the public to raise awareness of Oxfam’s mission and recruit monthly donors who support our work around the world.

Street Fundraising
Street fundraising involves meeting members of the public in busy streets and public spaces, introducing them to Oxfam’s work and having meaningful conversations about global inequality, poverty and humanitarian issues. Through these conversations, fundraisers explain how regular donations help support Oxfam’s work and invite people to become monthly donors. This direct approach allows Oxfam to connect with people in their local communities and build long-term support for its work towards a fairer world.
