Mr. Bronck will be an energetic New World brasserie where American soul meets Swedish precision. Our wine program takes its foundation in the New World, with the USA at its core and the world as its stage. We are now looking for a Sommelier who wants to be part of shaping the wine identity, educating the team, and creating a distinctive wine experience for our guests from day one.
Responsibilities include
- Daily service in the dining room with a strong focus on wine recommendations and guest interaction
- Responsibility for the wine list, purchasing, and cellar management in close collaboration with the Head Sommelier
- Planning and conducting staff training sessions and wine tastings
- Actively developing the wine experience and driving quality, curiosity, and consistency
We are looking for someone who
- Holds formal sommelier training and has experience from high-quality, service-driven restaurants
- Has a strong passion for American wines and the New World
- Communicates with confidence, has strong pedagogical skills, and a warm, professional guest focus
- Is eager to help build and shape a new, ambitious restaurant concept from the start

Working hours follow a rotating schedule, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends according to the hotel’s operational needs.
