We are now looking for a passionate F&B Supervisor with Bar focus to support our Bar Manager in managing the operation of our cocktail bar, Sally’s.
We are looking for someone who is creative, an experienced leader, and genuinely passionate about hospitality. You are an unpretentious team player who takes pride in exceeding guest expectations.
As F&B Supervisor with Bar focus, you will play a big role in the management of one of the most unique concepts of the hotel and you will be an essential part of the Sheraton experience and guest journey.
Main responsibilities:
· Lead the bar team during service in Sally’s, ensuring drink and service quality standards are being followed at all times.
· Support the Bar Manager in developing a beverage program suitable for a 5-star hotel (spirits, beer, cocktails) with a focus on American spirits and craft American beers.
· Create a seasonal, diverse and enticing signature cocktail menu (inc. non-alcoholic options), that showcases mixology skills and brings the bar concept to life.
· Contribute to the development of unique service experiences, including the American Aperitif after-work and the Sunday brunch concepts.
· Train and coach the team to maintain product knowledge, service excellence, and operational consistency.
· Oversee bar events (both in-house and client-led), ensuring smooth execution.
· Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, ordering, and inventory control.
· Take an active role in the financial performance of the bar by managing costs, monitoring revenue, and achieving set targets.
· Drive profitability by delivering on both short- and long-term efficiency goals.
· Develop and implement operational procedures, including service routines, recipe standards, and mise-en-place schedules.
· Ensure guest requests and concerns are handled promptly and professionally, with a focus on genuine care and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
· At least 2 years of experience in a similar role at a high-end restaurant and/or hotel with proven team leadership responsibilities.
· Ambitious and driven, with a passion for creating great guest experiences in a dynamic hospitality environment.
· Outgoing and approachable, who naturally connects with and delights guests.
· Well-organized with strong attention to detail and structure.
· Extensive knowledge of beverages – including cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine.
· Able to work independently with a proactive mindset and high professional integrity.
· Passionate about hospitality, with a genuine love for food and beverage.
· Skilled at motivating and inspiring teams to perform at their best.
· Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
· Comfortable communicating in English; additional languages are a plus.
