As we step into a new era with a fresh identity and fully renovated spaces, we are looking for a passionate and service-minded Guest Relations Supervisor to join our team. In this key role, you'll ensure our guests experience the very best of our renewed hotel from the moment they arrive. 

You’re a proactive problem solver, a team player with an eye for detail, and someone who thrives on creating memorable moments. You know how to anticipate needs before they arise, and you bring warmth and professionalism into every interaction. 

Working closely with our Head of Guest Experience, you will help define and deliver the exceptional service standards that our hotel is known for. 
 
Your key responsibilities will include: 
  • Creating a warm, personal welcome and sharing key information with guests pre-arrival and on-site 
  • Managing and motivating our porter team with a daily hands-on approach 
  • Coordinating personalized welcome amenities based on guest preferences and VIP levels 
  • Assisting in planning and executing guest-focused community events 
  • Staying fully informed about all in-house and arriving guests, as well as hotel happenings that may affect the guest experience 
  • Handling guest requests and working cross-departmentally to ensure seamless service 
  • Personally greeting and following up with VIP guests, ensuring a luxury experience throughout their stay 
  • Acting as a visible presence in the lobby, building genuine relationships with guests 
  • Managing guest complaints swiftly and empathetically, following service recovery procedures 
  • Keeping detailed records of guest preferences and feedback to support continuous service improvements
Who you are: 
  • You bring 3+ years of hospitality or related industry experience, including 1+ year in a supervisory or guest-facing leadership role 
  • You have a genuine passion for service and people, and it shows 
  • You're resourceful, calm under pressure, and solution-oriented 
  • You're knowledgeable about Stockholm’s food, culture, and events scene 
  • You’re tech-savvy, ideally with experience using Opera/Protel and Microsoft Office 
  • You are fluent in English and Swedish; another language is a plus 
  • You’re confident, and represent luxury with humility and heart
  • You’re flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
