About the role
As Test & Verification Manager, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our products meet demanding quality and performance standards. This is a hands-on leadership position, blending analytical thinking, technical expertise, and strategic vision.
You will, among other things:
- Lead and inspire a small, dedicated team
- Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and procedures
- Take ownership of the test & verification budget
- Conduct both physical and simulated testing—mechanical, thermal, audio, and more
- Continuously refine and innovate our testing frameworks and methodologies
About you
You're a structured, curious, and proactive problem-solver who enjoys both collaboration and independent work. You’re skilled at balancing business goals with technical requirements and have a natural ability to prioritize and communicate clearly.
To succeed in this role, you also have:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Solid experience in assembly, test, and verification engineering is required.
- Proficiency in mechatronic systems—integrating and testing mechanical, electrical, and software components
- Fluency in English
