Are you studying E-commerce and are looking for a summer job? We are looking for a structured and initiative-taking doer to strengthen our E-commerce team for the summer. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, prefer various tasks, and are excited about starting your career within E-commerce this is the perfect role for you!
About the role
As an E-Com Coordinator, you will be responsible for tasks such as product administration, ensuring that the content on the website is displayed correctly and that the products are available for purchase and correctly priced, categorized, and displayed. Furthermore, you will administer translation of copy for the website and work with shipping costs and shipping regions. In this position, you will get an insight into our entire e-commerce team.

- Updating content on the site
- Managing product images
- Product administration
- Visual merchandising
- Stock management
- Basic order management
Who we are looking for
The ideal candidate is flexible, structured, and has a strong sense of ownership and accountability. You should demonstrate strong administrative abilities, adept multitasking, and be comfortable with navigating a dynamic work environment. We believe you are a driven, self-motivated, and detail-oriented person. You are a team player and an excellent communicator. You are proactive and are used to working at a high pace and are used to working towards short-term as well as long-term deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ideally an ongoing degree in a relevant area such as e-commerce, business, or information technology
- Can work full-time from the 3rd of June until the 30th of August
- Passionate about e-commerce, data, and technology
- Meritorious to have worked with e-commerce platforms and Google Analytics
- You have great communication skills and are fluent in English, both written and spoken
- You have experience in quickly navigating and working in parallel across different systems
- You have a strong ability to tolerate ambiguity and the ability to shift priorities to the most important task at hand
- You have a strong sense of ownership and accountability for the successful delivery of your tasks
Location
The location of this role is in Stockholm, Sweden. You will be expected to work from our office in central Stockholm. Please make sure you have the legal right or permission to work in Sweden, before applying for this role.
Start date
The start date for the position is the 3rd of June until the 30th of August, preferably an earlier start if possible. Selection and interviews occur continuously, and the position can be filled before the application deadline.
