EURES Sweden Arbetsförmedlingen helps Swedish employers to find staff in hospitality sector.
To the upcoming winter season, we are looking for you, Waiter/Waitress and Bartender to work in Sweden.
Tasks and requirements
You will perform the usual tasks for waiter/waitress/bartender. You will be serving dishes made from fresh, mostly locally produced ingredients. It is Important that you are fully confident with the tasks when probably, neither you nor the guests are native English speakers.
To be considered as an interesting candidate, you have to meet following requirements:
- At least 3 year´s experience in your field
- Fluency in English
- Team player and service minded
- Have a good eye for details
- See opportunities for development and improvement
- It is a plus if you have a formal training
Working conditions and work environment in Sweden are usually considered as very good, work places are not hierarchical and employers will make an effort to help you settle in!

Working hours: full-time which means 40 hours/week, with possibility to work more (depending on agreement with the employer).
Salary: it is individual and is based on your experience, skills, training but also on the Swedish Collective Agreements.
In addition to salary you also get paid for working extra and inconvenient hours.
Accommodation: in most cases the employer offers accommodation at low cost, or they will help find accommodation
