We are looking for talents from the Netherlands interested in working in Sweden. We offer you an opportunity to demonstrate your skills on site at Swedish companies in need of recruitment.
Would you like to move to Sweden, but you think this is quite a big step? You are not certain if the job you found is the right job, if the working place is the right one and if you can develop here in the future? You are not alone.
Do you realize that your future employer is wondering the same things about future candidates?
The initiative “A Week to Peak” in Jönköping region, the countryside in the heart of south Sweden, might be the answer to the next step.
For this initiative we have started a cooperation with the hiring and recruitment agency One Partner Group (OPG). They match competences towards current vacancies and let you get acquainted with your maybe future job and employer for one week. The objective for you is to show your skills during a week and for the employer to see if you meet the required skills. You will work as any Swedish employee and will be paid accordingly, insured, and just have to peak that week!
After this week the employer, OPG and you will decide how to proceed. If there is a match you will be offered a placement by OPG. You will be offered a contract with a 6 months probationary period, which is the normal procedure in Sweden. If everything works according to plan it will turn into a permanent position. If there is no match you got at least a great experience in Sweden!
If it is possible for you to take one week off from your current job in your home country, or if you are without a job and can pop up quite promptly, you’re welcome to join.
We motivate especially candidates with a background in the following sectors to contact us:
- Construction for example; skilled bricklayers, sheet metal workers, plumbers, ventilation technicians, electricians, painters, floor layers
- Logistics for example; skilled warehouse workers, high stock warehouse workers, counterbalance truck drivers
- Manufacturing industry for example, skilled welders, mechanics, CNC-operators, maintenance technicians
-Transport for example; skilled heavy vehicles drivers with code 95, car mechanics, heavy vehicles mechanics, car sheet metal workers, car painter
